& Conditions.
Ordering and Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cheque, postal order and on-line banking.
Orders can be placed on the telephone, by mail order, by fax, E-mail or
through our website - or you may visit the shop.
No Goods are dispatched until full payment has cleared. No hand-made orders
accepted without at least 50% deposit. We accept all major credit cards.
Cheques must be made payable to The Wedding Village Ltd. Please allow
2 weeks from your postal date to allow cheques to reach us and be banked
and cleared. If you are paying by cheque, this still forms part of a legal
contract with us and you are required to pay.
All
orders will be sent by post and postage & packing will be charged.
If the wrong postal charges are selected at checkout, we reserve the right
to re-calculale your order. You will be notified of the correct
amount to be processed on your Card. Upgrade on posting is available
upon request – for ex. Signed for etc.
All prices are displayed inclusive VAT. An invoice/receipt will be sent
to you upon confirmation via email.
All prices shown are valid at the time of placing the order. We reserve
the right to alter prices and products are subject to change.
Deliveries
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 working days but please allow 28
days for delivery. If you require goods within a specific time please
state this on your order or back up order with telephone call.
If item is out of stock you will be notified via email or telephone and
estimated delivery time given.
Damages, shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Missing parcels must be reported within 10 working days of placing order.
Returning
Products
Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless there is a fault.
Table
Crystals & all vases are non-returnable.
Should you wish to return any products, you must lodge the return via
telephone or email with The Wedding Village Ltdwithin 3 working days of
receiving goods. The original cost of postage and packing is not refundable.
Refunds will only be considered for goods returned within 7 days of their
despatch date.
Please return goods with their original packaging. The Wedding Village
Ltd can accept no responsibility for the transit of goods being returned
to us. The Wedding Village Ltd will not be held responsible for breakages
in transit although we will do our utmost to assist you.
Refund will only be issued once goods have been received and checked.
A 10% processing and re-stocking fee will be deducted from the total amount
of the order. P&P is also not refundable.
The Wedding Village Ltd reserves the right to change pricing without prior
notification.
The Wedding Village Ltd operates within the guidelines set out by the
UK Data Protection Act (1998)
Any information that is given to us by you will remain confidential. We
DO NOT pass any details to other companies or individuals unless with
your consent for example, engraving or personalisation details that are
required and then only those details relevant to that order. This is essential
information to help process your order efficiently. By purchasing said
items you are agreeing to us using that information.
From time to time, The Wedding Village Ltd may contact you via email only
to let you know of forthcoming offers and exhibitions.
